TEQUILA SOUR

RECIPE 

  • 2oz VISTA ańejo tequila
  • .75oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz añejo tequila, ¾ oz fresh lime juice, 1 oz simple syrup, and 1 egg white.
  2. Dry shake: Shake the ingredients without ice first to emulsify the egg white and create foam.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker and shake again to chill and dilute the drink slightly.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a coupe glass using both a regular strainer and a fine mesh strainer to remove any small eggshell pieces or ice chips.Garnish with a sprinkle of orange bitters and a lime wedge.
