RECIPE
- 2 oz VISTA blanco tequila
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz agave nectar
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Open the shaker, add ice, then shake again for another 10-15 seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass, top with a cherry, and serve.
